Professor of HRM & Organisational Behaviour, University of Liverpool

Professor Otaye-Ebede is a scholar-practitioner guiding UK organisations toward equitable workplaces. As the founder of Race Equity Consult and developer of the REaCT Toolkit, she combines rigorous academic research with practical organisational consulting. Her work focuses on advancing racial equity, inclusive leadership, and sustainable culture transformation across sectors including finance, media, higher education, and the public sector.

Foundation

Development and launch of our proprietary Race Equity and Culture Transformation (REaCT) Toolkit and it's accompanying REaCT Diagnostic Tool, a comprehensive 65-question diagnostic assessment.
